The NET conference is organised by a committee of leading educators. The committee is responsible for planning the conference and selecting the papers and posters for the conference.

The criteria the committee and panel use for selecting abstracts are that they should:
reflect academic rigour and scholarship
demonstrate evidence of understanding of current debates and research in the
relevant area
show clarity of perceived implications for healthcare education tomorrow
be submitted by the due date
