Register online for the NET2012 Conference.
For a copy of the registration leaflet please click here. Registration for NET2012 is now available online, so register today and save £40 by registering before 8 July.
Delegates whose abstracts are selected either as core papers, theme papers, symposia and/or posters, must register as full paying delegates and should register by Friday 1 June 2012. Payment is not required by this date, but we will need to know how payment will be made and this should be indicated when completing the registration form.
Student participants
We are able to offer a number of assisted places for full-time students on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the NET conference office to discuss how to reserve one of these places.
Car parking
There is very limited street parking in the roads around Robinson College. If you are intending to drive to the conference Robinson College provide parking facilities at a nearby car park. They charge £3.00 + VAT per car, per day. To reserve a parking space you will need to book it when you register to attend the conference and this will be available on our registration form. The car park is just under 1 kilometre away and a shuttle bus will be provided between the car park and the college at various key times. A timetable of these times will be sent to you with other attendance information in July.
Delegates who book on or before Friday 6 July 2012 will qualify for an early booking discount of £40.00 from the main fee of £456.00, as shown below. Click here for our terms and conditions.
UK VAT
VAT will be added to your invoice at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).

Payments by credit card
Payment can be made using a credit card through Paypal. There is a link from the online registration form if you wish to pay by credit card at the time of registration. Alternatively if you wish to pay by credit card from an invoice, we will send the invoice via an email which will include a link to our Paypal account. Please note Paypal will add a fee of 3.4% for using their facility to your total amount. For your information this will be shown as 'postage and packing'.
