Convenors

The role of the theme group convenor is to:
	act as chairperson of the theme group during the conference
	set out the ground rules for the participative nature of the conference
	ensure equity of treatment
	facilitate positive group dynamics so that no participant dominates all discussions
	agree and workout a fair distribution and management of group time
	gather group evaluation/feedback and convey to the planning committee as agreed.
