NET2011 Conference

NET is the annual international participative conference for everyone interested in healthcare education. NET started in 1990 and continues to go from strength to strength.

2011 will be the 22nd NET Conference and we are hoping it will be the best conference ever! See the conference programme page for information.

The NET conference aspires to mirror and model leading edge best practice in learning. It presents the best kind of learning processes that students should be exposed to.

The NET conference philosophy is unique – delegates select theme sessions to attend which are most relevant to their interests and remain with their chosen theme to enjoy the continuity of the debate.

The NET conference:

  • encourages healthcare professionals to debate and reflect on healthcare issues
  • focuses on networking for those with shared interests
  • challenges care delivery strategies and their quality
  • encourages lifelong learning and learning how to learn.

Join like minded colleagues from the UK and overseas to share ideas of good practice and innovative approaches to education.

Use the NET conference to stand back from your day to day work and discover new approaches, network with colleagues and return refreshed and stimulated.

It has never been more important for educators to explore ways to deliver relevant and flexible programmes, develop innovative clinical experiences, engage with students and their needs, and ensure the quality of learning experiences.

Come to NET2011 and do just that!
