The conference fee covers: full conference registration, Conference App, conference information booklet and keynote papers in printed format in your delegate pack. Copies of core papers, abstracts for theme papers, symposia and posters are available on a memory stick in your delegate pack. Early access on our website to core papers and abstracts prior to the conference. All lunches and refreshments from morning coffee on Tuesday to lunch on Thursday.
Accommodation
Accommodation is available at the conference venue. This accommodation is the student accommodation attached to Churchill College. There is a choice between en-suite and non en-suite bedrooms. The costs for both en-suite and non en-suite includes dinner at Churchill College with bed and full English breakfast. Dinner is provided at Churchill College each evening apart from Wednesday when you have the option to attend the Gala dinner at Trinity Hall in the centre of Cambridge or make your own arrangements.
Please note: There are twin and double en-suite rooms available if required so please contact us if you would like to book one and we will send you a link to the relevant registration form.

Payment details
All participants, including those from overseas, must pay the costs in British pounds sterling.
Payments by debit/credit card
All payment should be made using a debit/credit card at the time of registration. We can accept the following cards and all card payments will be made using Worldpay.
If you are unable to pay by debit/credit card at the time of registration please contact the conference office to discuss alternative payment options.
Refunds
Cancellations received by email before Monday 1 August 2016 will be refunded, less an administration fee of 20% + VAT
No refund can be made for registrations cancelled after Monday 1 August 2016, and for no-shows at the conference, and the full fee will be payable. However substitutions may be made at any time up the start of the conference.
UK VAT
VAT will be added to your invoice at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).
